What kind of photo should I upload for my child’s drawing?
A clear, well-lit photo taken directly from above works best. Don’t worry if the background isn’t perfectly white — we’ll take care of that!

Will I receive a draft before my stamp is made?
For custom drawing stamps, yes! A draft will be sent via WhatsApp for your approval before production.

Can I make changes to my draft?
Yes, minor adjustments can be made before approval. Once your design has been approved and sent for production, no further changes can be made.

How long will my order take?
For custom drawing stamps, your first draft will be ready within 3 days, followed by approximately 1 week of production time after approval. Lead times might be up to 3 weeks for larger bulk orders.

Can the stamp ink be refilled?
Yes! Our refillable stamps can be easily topped up any oil based ink, so you can continue using them again and again. 

Do you accept party or bulk orders?
Yes! Please refer to our Party Favours collection for party orders. For larger or special requests, feel free to contact us.

Do you work with schools or businesses?
Absolutely! We’re happy to explore bulk orders, corporate gifting, school collaborations and other business opportunities. Drop us a message to discuss your ideas and requirements.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently fulfil orders within Singapore only.
